Challenge

Almost a fifth of all people with rheumatoid arthritis stop treatment in the first year. That is why UCB has launched a service program with close supervision of patients undergoing Cimzia® biologic therapy. Our job was to develop the brand and all means of communication.

Solution

The coach@home patient support program offers people with rheumatoid arthritis tailored support by phone, post, web and email. Targeted knowledge transfer has been demonstrated to improve adherence to the therapy.
